THE BRAND
Determined to exponentially expand the brunch-focused brand and subsequently grow its clientele into a ride-or-die cult following, in 2019 we rebranded ourselves.
In an effort to give the brand a bit of an edge over the competitive, trendy brunch scene, we aimed to create a visual identity that made a little noise.
By iconizing the restaurant’s most popular menu item (tub cocktail), utilizing bold color palette, and declaring a strong, unique tagline (go bottomless), we created a brand that capitalizes on the basic, brings the extra, and remains unapologetically loud and in your face.
THE CONTENT
To go along with the bold, stand-out brand, we designed a menu to reflect just that. The bigger the better, hence the 20” tall mimosa. Each dish, brunch or lunch late day is creative, crazy, approachable, and content gold.
Along with our food and drinks, a huge draw for customers is the design of the spaces themselves. No location is like the other, but the iconic bathtub is a staple no matter what city they will be in.
We want to create content that glamorizes the experience of The Place 2 Be - and if we go viral along the way, dope.
THE GOAL
To be omnipresent. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, BeReal. Whatever the next big social platform is: we’re on it. (We’ve even made it to Hinge).
Tortilla slap challenge? Do it with pancakes. Viral dance TikTok trend? Grab a coworker start practicing between table runs.
WHY YOU?
No one is better fit to promote the brand than our own team. You know the space, you know the product, you know the guests. On-site created content is authentic and the most engaging.
As we continue to expand across the nation, we continue to build a community. Not only will your content be shared with thousands of viewers, but you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our brand team: pitching concept ideas and executing campaigns.
WHAT YOUR’RE COMMITTING TO:
A minimum of two TikTok/Reels a week directed by the brand team. (You are able to submit extra ‘trends’ on your own as well). Choosing audio and cover images are not required but welcomed!
HOW IT WORKS:
If accepted into the program you will be added to the company’s Slack page where you will submit your content weekly. Emails will go out at the beginning of every week with creative prompts of specific items/narratives the team would like to feature.
*You are not being asked to share these on your personal social platforms. This is a ghost content creator program - unless you want to be featured, then we will tag/credit appropriately. We have set up burner Instagram and TikTok accounts, that you’re able to log in to and upload your submissions. If approved brand team will download without a watermark and upload to The Place 2 Be social platforms.
